Mediation is the best mechanism to resolve disputes. In mediation, the parties can craft their own solution with the help of a mediator, which is a far better solution than letting a third party decide, whether it be an arbitrator, judge, or jury.

Mr. Strombotne is a trained and experienced mediator who draws upon his extensive civil litigation experience as an attorney and his knowledge of real estate law to serve as a mediator in a variety of real estate related disputes.   He has had great success in finding creative solutions to resolve some of the more difficult lawsuits submitted to him as a mediator.
