Mark Strombotne is an attorney, mediator, and licensed real estate broker with more than 25 years of litigation and transactional experience in California.  He was formerly a partner in Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel (a Northern California law firm with 70 lawyers) and thereafter became a partner in Pettit & Martin (a nationwide law firm of 200 lawyers).  The Strombotne Law Firm was founded more than 10 years ago and has enjoyed considerable success for our clients.

Mr. Strombotne provides legal advice to real estate brokerage companies in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz Counties on all aspects of their real estate business and transactions.  He assists property buyers and sellers with legal disputes relating to their real property.  Mark has litigated numerous cases through arbitration or trial in State Courts or Federal Courts throughout California.  He has won many jury trials and court trials.  He has prevailed in cases on appeal to the California State Court of Appeal for the Sixth Appellate District and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Matt Wendt is an associate attorney with the Strombotne Law Firm.  Matt’s principal areas of practice include real estate transactions, real estate litigation, construction defect litigation and estate planning.   Matt has successfully represented and defended developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex civil litigation and mediation.
 
Matt received his bachelors degree from University of California, San Diego.  He earned his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Angelique is a paralegal with the Strombotne Law Firm.  She began her legal career at the Strombotne Law Firm in 2010 as a legal secretary.

Angelique completed her undergraduate education at San Jose State University where she received a B.A. in Theater Arts, in 2001.  Angelique received her ABA approved paralegal certificate from De Anza Community College in the Winter of 2011.
